SEX: Is Sex /Sexual Intercourse Wrong?

Is sexual intercourse wrong? What does God think about sex? These are common questions, but then again in the evil modern world they are, perhaps, being asked less than just a couple of decades ago. Why?

The fact is that God invented sexual intercourse, it is the closest of intimate relations and a representation of the union of God and His church. HOWEVER, sex is ordained solely for MARRIED COUPLES ( a man and a woman) that have taken vows to each other and God. Today, people do NOT like this fact.

Yes, Scripture (The Holy Bible) explains that when humans have intercourse, "the two become one flesh," they join. This union is physical, mental, and spiritual.

As such, cheap lustful encounters are wrong, and God says they are wrong in the Bible. He calls sex outside of marriage "FORNICATION." It is to be saved and avoided until marriage. The Apostle Paul even says that it is better to marry than to burn with lust.

Are we perfect? Are Christians perfect? NOPE. Many of us fail or have failed or do sometimes fail. BUT, depending upon the condition of our hearts and if we genuinely try and repent (turn-away from the sin) there is forgiveness.

Sexual intercourse spreads disease, and fuels lusts, but also makes babies and shares holy love amid the context of an ordained marriage. Treat sex with the dignity it deserves, and keep yourselves holy in the process.

Sexual intercourse should be done in the context of marriage and love, not as some cheap quick feeling of passion..... ~ Jimmy Hall
