FACEBOOK: Why We Love Facebook...

Americans and people around the globe are in love with facebook, and have been for years. Why? That's a great question. In many cases the love has become an addiction, much like booze or drugs. In fact, facebook also serves to fulfill the pschological aspect of our beings like those substances do.

Facebook allows for someone to BE or DO 5 things alternately:

* 1. People can be the person they wish they really were on facebook, uninhibited in many respects. Most people do NOT know them well enough to know otherwise, or maybe think they have changed from when they did know them well!

* 2. Facebook is the world's greatest site to meet the opposite sex (or the same sex in some cases) for either hookups, love, friendship, re-kindling of old relationships, or companionship. It is as easy as a simple message, "like," or comment. Then it starts, good or BAD. Different accounts/names/personalities can even be created to spy!

*3. Facebook fulfills the human longing for connecting with others, allowing anyone anywhere to avoid or minimize their feelings of loneliness or sadness. People are a simple click or posting away. The same can be said for games! 

*4. In addition, facebook is a great means for meaningfully keeping in contact and sharing information, photos, facts, and many other things. Family members and friends often use facebook to efficiently communicate with each other - IT WORKS.

*5. Facebook is also a great way to share a "cause" or "message" to thousands of people, whether it be a spiritual endeavor or a marketing campaign for a business. Facebook is a ready-made audience.
