With 2 1/2 months until summer, it is realistic that almost anyone can lose 12-15 pounds easily before the end of spring. How? Just deplete 400-500 calories a day. That's all.
To do this you need to either eat 500 calories a day less (not all that hard), work-off 500 calories a day exercising ( a little harder), or cut back maybe 250 calories in food and work-off 250 exercising (easiest way).
Your summer swimsuit body is easily envisioned when you simply think of it as a day-by-day process with a guaranteed end-result, right? It is as simple as 1 + 1 = 2. You can do it; so do it!!!
I suggest we all set goals, and plan a reward for when the end-result is reached. How about the beach? A pool party? Six Flags? A picnic? I think you get the idea.
Taking it day by day, losing some weight and firming-up, will make us all feel much better about ourselves, for 3 reasons. What are they? #1 - Our improved appearance to ourselves and others. #2 - The satisfaction of setting a goal and actually accomplishing it. #3 - Becoming healthier in the process!
